12. James Westmoreland and Kim Darby
47 days (6 February - 25 March, 1970)

The actress who became a star after her appearance in the film True Grit (1969), has been married four times. Her second husband was actor James Westmoreland, who was best known as Rad Fulton. They were married for 47 days. The couple knew each for three weeks before they exchanged vows.
11. Ernest Borgnine and Ethel Merman
42 days (June 27 – August 4, 1964)

Twice-wed Ernest Borgnine married thrice-wed Broadway diva Ethel Merman in 1964. Their marriage was dissolved after 42 days. The majority of their time together was mostly spent hurling profane insults at each other. Borgnine later recalled in a 2001 interview that their marriage began unraveling on their honeymoon when he received more fan attention than her. Merman remained single after their divorce. Borgnine went on to marry twice more, with his fifth marriage lasting over 39 years until his death.
10. Jeremy Thomas and Drew Barrymore
19 days (20 March - 8 April, 1994)

Drew Barrymore, who is known for strange relationships, was only 19 when she married the 31-year-old Welsh-born Los Angeles bar owner Jeremy Thomas on March 20, 1994. They had known each other only six weeks before they married. The impromptu marriage took place at Thomas’ bar, “The Room”, on Cahuenga Boulevard, shortly after 5:00 a.m. Supposedly they were both sober. A pit bull was their maid of honor. The minister was a clairvoyant from a psychic hotline who arrived within half an hour after being paged and was paid $20 extra for the short notice. She instantly realized on the day of their marriage that it was a mistake and she broke it off 19 days later on the phone from Arizona, where she had gone to shoot Boys on the Side (1995).
9. Mario Lopez and Ali Landry
18 days (24 April - 12 May, 2004)

Mario and Ali met in 1998 at the Miss Teen USA pageant, where he was a presenter and she was a commentator. They got engaged during the summer of 2003 and married on April 24, 2004, in a Roman Catholic ceremony in front of 50 guests at the exclusive Las Alamandas resort outside Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. She annulled the marriage 18 days later, after learning from onlookers that Lopez allegedly cheated on her at his bachelor party before the wedding.
8. Eddie Murphy and Tracey Edmonds
15 days (1 January - 16 January, 2008)

The legendary comedian exchanged vows with film producer Tracey Edmonds, on January 1, 2008, in a private ceremony on an island off Bora Bora, but their nuptials were not legal in the United States. On January 16, 2008, the couple released a statement that they have decided not to renew their vows in America and go their separate ways.
7. Michael Tell and Patty Duke
13 days (June 26 – July 9, 1970)

The Oscar winning actress got involved with three men -17-year-old actor Desi Arnaz Jr., actor John Astin, who was 16 years her senior, and rock music promoter Michael Tell- in 1970 when she was 23 years old. In June 1970, Duke learned that she was pregnant, she was unsure whether Arnaz or Tell was the father, so Tell offered to marry her as a way out of the scandal. The marriage lasted only 13 days. Her son, actor Sean Astin, was born on February 25, 1971, when she was involved with John Astin. When Sean Astin was 14, Duke told him that Arnaz was his father. However in 1996, Sean underwent genetic tests which showed that Michael Tell was his biological father.
6. Jon Peters and Pamela Anderson
12 days (January 20 – February 1, 2020)

Pamela Anderson married Hollywood producer Jon Peters on January 20, 2020. This was the fifth marriage for both of them. The couple did not file for marriage certificate and separated 12 days later on February 1, 2020. After his death, it was revealed that he left her $10 million in his will.
5. Robert Evans and Catherine Oxenberg
9 days (July 12–21, 1998)

The Godfather (1972) producer married actress Catherine Oxenberg on July 12, 1998 in Beverly Hills, California. She was 37 and he was 68. Their marriage was annulled 9 days later. They remained friends after their divorce.
4. Dennis Hopper and Michelle Phillips
8 days (October 31 – November 8, 1970)

Dennis Hopper met Michelle Phillips on the sets of his movie The Last Movie (1971), in which she was in a minor part. They married on October 31, 1970, shortly after the production of the movie, but the union lasted for only eight days. According to her, she filed for divorce because of his unnatural sexual demands.
3. Elliott Lewis and Ann Wigton
5 days (August 30 – September 4, 1940)

Actor Elliott Lewis got eloped to surfer and model Ann “Nana” Wigton on August 30, 1940. Wigton filed for an annulment 5 days later, on the grounds that Lewis had tricked her into marriage by falsely claiming he wanted to start a family when he didn’t.
2. Nicolas Cage and Erika Koike
4 days (March 23–27, 2019)

The eccentric actor married Erika Koike in Las Vegas on March 23, 2019, only to file for annulment four days later. Hours after their marriage they were seen fighting outside the Bellagio hotel. He claimed that their union was based on fraud, because Erika didn’t disclose her criminal history and her relationship with another person.
1. Jason Alexander and Britney Spears
56 hours (January 3-5, 2004)

Britney Spears married her childhood friend Jason Allen Alexander at A Little White Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas, Nevada, in January 2004. The marriage was annulled 55 hours later, following a petition to the court that stated that Britney “lacked understanding of her actions”.
